Pickling is one of the best ways to preserve your harvest from the garden (or farmers market). It is also one the oldest preservation techniques that has been used for thousands of years across almost every culture. It is a process which starts in the garden and ends in the kitchen, a true farm to table experience. Pickles also have the benefit of bringing people together, the more people you have the more pickles you can make, YAY! for pickles.


Each student will take home an assortment of 4 pickles

REQUIRED - 4 Pint Ball Jars (16oz), and a happy pickling disposition.
