it's cold outside nothing beats back winters chill like a hot bowl of
soup. You’ll learn how to turn your
favorite meats & winter vegetables into wholesome warming meals that nourish
your body and mind! Class will start
with a discussion about how to make rich stocks and broths that will become the
cornerstone of your soups & stews. We’ll
also cover techniques like poaching, toasting & roasting. Students will get to taste and learn how to
present their creations through creative plating techniques & pairing combinations.

- 1 Quart Ball Jar (32oz.), and a longing for wholesome soup!
